CD Projekt Red had a preliminary launch of Cyberpunk 2077 in December 2020 due to the hype it created over the years, which was followed by poor game performance, especially on older generation consoles. Since then, the developer has released several patches and fixes to make the game more user-friendly, and the new 1.3 patch is another step in that direction. He adds a huge list of changes and improvements to the game, and full patch notes are posted on the website. Patch 1.3 contains many general improvements, balance changes, stability and performance improvements, UI fixes, bug fixes and more, as well as some DLCs for Cyberpunk 2077. One of the main improvements introduced before the patch release is: GPS navigation map. Players will now be able to see more of the map, which should allow them to better assess the upcoming moves, as opposed to where previously the move could only be seen at the last moment. In the quest “Automatic Love”, the screen with images of Skye and Angel will be displayed for a longer time to make it easier to choose between them. Perk points can now be reset, the number of autosave slots has been increased, and quest items can now be filtered in the backpack.

The protagonist of Cyberpunk 2077, V, can be rotated in the inventory, a tooltip has been added for comparing cyber programs, crafting components can be upgraded in large quantities, elevators can now be used when carrying bodies, and the pet cat Nibbles has several places. sleeping in an apartment, among other changes.

Some of the balance changes for Cyberpunk 2077 include changes to the detection time, which will now depend on the game’s difficulty settings. Enemies will be more aggressive on Very Hard difficulty. NCPD, the in-game police, will now respond to non-lethal weapons hitting unpaid characters (NPCs). The Optical Camo cyber program is now available for purchase from Ripperdocs. Along with this, there are many changes to quests and concerts.

In terms of stability and performance fixes, improved dynamic resolution scaling, improved frame rate consistency, there are memory optimizations as well as crash fixes, streaming improvements, and more. There are also some console changes in Cyberpunk 2077, such as improved streaming of city lights, no save damage on overwrite due to out of memory, among others.

As far as DLC is concerned, this may disappoint fans who have completed the game and are waiting for additional content. New DLCs add Johnny Silverhand Alternate Appearance, Deltajock Layered Synthetic Leather Jacket, Luminescent Punk Jacket and Archer Quartz Bandit outfits, but nothing more. They will be available in the Cyberpunk 2077 main menu under the DLC section.
