This week’s data for the UK boxed charts is finally here, and we’re seeing a slightly quieter week from Nintendo this time around.

As you might expect, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is once again the best-selling game on the Switch. However, this week the title only made it to fourth place after a strong start from Hogwarts legacy and the continued success of both God of War Ragnarok and FIFA 23 meant that even Pokémon like Scarlet and Violet didn’t make the top ten (Violet was 13th and Scarlet was 19th).

Of course, this is not all hopelessness from Nintendo. Chart favorites Animal Crossing: New Horizons, Nintendo Switch Sports and Minecraft continue to sell well, and New Super Mario Bros also unexpectedly returns to the top ten this week. U deluxe.

This is likely due to some price changes in online stores recently, which contributed to the rapid growth in sales of Mario Strikers: Battle League, Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury and Mario Tennis Aces, which climbed the charts and ranked 12th place. 15th and 17th places respectively.
