So that is all. Super Smash Bros. Ultimate’s huge roster has finally joined, and Kingdom Hearts’ Sora has officially joined them.
It’s been a heck of a heck of a ride, with regular additions of characters, direct appearances, and wild speculation fueling the buzz around the game since its launch in 2018. However, all good things come to an end, and Ultimate is now all set and dust-free.
On the occasion of the holiday, the show’s director Masahiro Sakurai shared a special pair of screenshots that remind us of all the characters we’ve loved the last couple of years. The lineup was pretty good before, but we got some awesome DLC fighters, right?
As you might expect, Sakurai has also spent the last few days preparing for Sora’s arrival with great screens:
