Premiere of the first episode of Sonic Prime in Roblox 5 days before the release of Netflix

Sonic hasn’t finished the year yet! As you remember, a new animated series comes out on December 15 Sonic Prime launches on the Netflix streaming service.

It will not only feature Sonic’s team (Tails, Amy and Knuckles), but also several other characters such as Shadow, Rouge and Big Cat. In it, the entire gang embarks on a “high-octane adventure in which the fate of a strange new multiverse depends on [Sonic’s] gloved hands.”

If you’d like to see the show before the scheduled launch date, Netflix will be hosting an extended preview of Season 1, Episode 1 on the free online multiplayer game Roblox (in Sound Speed ​​Simulator). It is 40 minutes long and will be streamed every 45 minutes from December 10th to 16th in-game.

While Roblox is not available on the Nintendo Switch, there is talk of the game coming to a hybrid platform in the future. Last May, Roblox Corporation CEO David Baszuki said it would make “perfect sense”:
