Pokemon Go Fest 2021 starts July 17, Rs. 399 for tickets; Indian Coaches Can Get 3 Months of YouTube Premium

Pokemon Go is celebrating its fifth anniversary and developer Niantic has announced Pokemon Go Fest 2021 starting on July 17th. The two-day event will be open to all players from all over the world, including India, and they can purchase tickets to take part in the event. Indian players or “coaches” as they are called in the game will be able to join coaches from all over the world to complete tasks. The developer has also partnered with Google Play for Pokemon Go Fest 2021, offering interesting deals to Indian players.

Pokemon Go was released worldwide on July 6, 2016, and this year marks the fifth anniversary of augmented reality (AR) mobile game. The game marks the event with an event that began on July 6th and will run until July 15th. Developer Niantic is organizing a two-day Pokemon Go Fest 2021 on July 17 and 18, which will allow an Indian coach to participate and win awards. Players will be required to purchase tickets worth Rs. 399 to participate in the event.

Those with tickets will be able to collaborate with others at the Global Challenge Arena, where Indian players can team up with a coach around the world to complete hourly challenges. Completing the task will give the trainers a bonus that will last until the end of the hour. Completing all 24 missions will unlock space, time, and a mystery bonus for weeks after Pokemon Go Fest 2021.

In addition, Niantic is partnering with Google Play to provide players with a three-month free YouTube Premium membership, exclusive content from comedy creators The Try Guys, and a Google-sponsored gift pack that includes one incense, one super incubator, and 30 Ultra Balls. There are other surprises as well. YouTube Premium subscriptions are priced at Rs. 139 per month or Rs. 399 in three months. It includes YouTube and YouTube Music ad-free, and offline and background playback.
