Pokémon Diamond & Pearl Remakes Not Coming Until November 19th, But Some Looks To Be Playing Them

Nintendo hasn’t dealt very well with leaked Switch games in recent months, and now, to top it all off, Pokemon Diamond and Pearl remakes seem to be in hand some faces that seem to be leaking images and footage of the upcoming release now.

One post, in particular on PokeLeaks subreddit – simply titled “Got Early” – shows three photos of the Pokémon Brilliant Diamond. In it, you can see screens of the Pokémon Center, battles, and even a cut-scene. There are also some video material in a separate post

One person on the same subreddit that appears to be in Australia, shared the following entry – an indication of how they tried to get a copy from the store where they work, but the game was blocked. At the very least, it confirms that the game is now in the hands of retailers.

“My job started with advertising BDSP today. Copies of the game are locked in the back room. I wanted to try to get it early, but they told me that I could lose my job, so I probably won’t. “

And if that wasn’t enough, people in North America are sharing photos – showing off they managed to acquire early copies.

Pokémon has previously thwarted people leaking mainline releases ahead of launch, so there could be potentially serious repercussions for those who decide to take the risk and do the same with the latest remakes.

Pokemon Shiny Diamond and Shining Pearl should arrive later this month, November 19th. If we hear anything else, we will definitely let you know.
