Nintendo opens new store in Japan
Nintendo has announced the opening of a new retail and merchandise store in Osaka, Japan. It will be located in the Daimaru Umeda building. This will be the second store to open in the company’s home country after Tokyo in 2019.
According to translations, it will currently open “in late 2022” and will sell game consoles, software, peripherals and various other Nintendo goodies. More details on the Osaka Nintendo Store will be announced at a later date.
This follows from recent announcements of several other Nintendo projects, including the Super Nintendo World expansion with the Donkey Kong Zone and the opening of a new “Nintendo Gallery” located inside one of its old facilities in Kyoto.
When we find out more about the new store in Osaka, we will definitely let you know.
