Forever Entertainment owns the engine in the retro remaster scene, apparently being SEGA’s favorite companion to revive some classics and even work unnamed remakes for Square Enix. It has now been confirmed that the company is partnering with Microids for retail and collector’s editions of a couple of fan favorites.
Tramindui Panzer Dragoon: Remake and the future The House of the Dead: Remake will come in stores and cartridges, which is excellent news for Switch collectors who want these explosions from the past. Stéphane Longeard, CEO of Microids, was quoted in the press release as saying:
Microids is incredibly grateful to work on these mythical IPs and we are happy that Forever Entertainment has committed to our teams delivering the best products possible. This new collaboration consolidates our growth strategy that revolves around the distribution of video games around the world.
Specific details on these editions will apparently come “very soon,” so we’ll follow up with updates.
So, are you excited about the possibility of getting physical copies of these games?
