The first video game adaptation of the popular anime series will be released next month. Made in the abyss will press the switch. And thanks to the online store and Nintendo Allwe may have a good idea of how big a hole you need to dig to make room for the game.
Spike Chunsoft’s upcoming RPG, Made in Abyss: Binary Star Falling into Darkness, will feature both a retelling of the anime (with production led by creator Akihito Tsukushi) and an original story set after protagonists Riko and Reg depart to the abyss. .
Luckily, the game doesn’t seem to take up much space, with online store stating that it will take approximately 5.9 GB. This is slightly larger than the 5.5 GB Super Mario Odyssey but comparable to other RPGs on the system such as Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch (5.7 GB) and Atelier Shallie: Alchemists of the Dusk Sea DX ( 5.9 GB).
So, even though there are two different modes in the game, this cave is not deep at all! Of course, as with all Switch pre-release files, this is subject to change, but it doesn’t sound like you’ll need to allocate a ton of space for this upcoming game.
We’re sure fans are looking forward to the game’s release on September 2nd, and so are we. Let us know what you think of the upcoming Made in Abyss RPG in the comments!
