Looks like Mark Hamill is playing the Joker in MultiVersus
multiversus many new characters were introduced, including the drunken scientist Rick Sanchez from the time-jumping adult cartoon. Rick and Morty is the latest addition to the Warner Bros. crossover. The roster expansion won’t stop there, as data gathering has for some time suggested that characters such as Gandalf, Mad Max, and the Joker are also planned for the game. Now, however, a dataminer has apparently unearthed lines from the Joker that fucking sound like actor Mark Hamill’s iconic take on the character, indicating that the game could be getting one of the most beloved incarnations of the Clown Prince of Crime.

Dataminer Laysul, who previously leaked Rick as multiversuslast fighter, took to Twitter to share his findings. In a short 30-second clip, Laysul showed the voice lines of the Joker from the cast of commentators. Announcer packs are not actual lines of characters voicing them in battle. Instead, think of them as skins, replacing the default announcer with any fighter you choose give comments in the game. Even though the video is short, it lets you hear the Joker energetically say things like “I think you lost him, jerk!” And if you listen closely, it really sounds like Mark Hamill’s distinctive vocal style brings the character to life.
There is no official confirmation as to whether the Joker will join the roster of characters and whether Mark Hamill will voice him. As far as we know, the voice lines of a psychopath criminal’s announcer gang may sound like Mark Hamill’s, although if so, that’s very good. Developer Player First Games has made it a point to cast as many original voice actors as possible in their roles. Maybe Hamill was involved for this? Only time will tell, especially since Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has not yet commented on the leak. Maybe we’ll wait a little longer, like Laysul said. Kotaku he expects The Joker isn’t coming out anytime soon, and “it’s probably a second or third season character.”

Probably best known as star WarsLuke Skywalker, Mark Hamill have voiced the Joker since 1992. Batman: The Animated Series. Hamill reprized the role for decades, although he briefly deleted the character in October 2011. Rocksteady Studios’ Batman: Arkham City was supposed to be his last portrayal of a deranged clown at one point, but has since returned, appearing in the 2016 animated thriller. multiversus was quite successful for Warner Bros. since it came out on July 19th. best selling game this month was Brothers Super Smash. a clone, which is ironic considering it’s a free-to-play game.
