Life Is Strange Dev Announces ‘Harmony: Fall Of Reverie’ And It Looks Great

The next DON’T NOD game is a brand new narrative adventure with stunning hand-drawn visuals and was revealed during yesterday’s Nintendo Direct, and it’s a temporary console exclusive on Switch.
In Harmony: The Fall of Reverie, you travel between two worlds – your world and Reverie – and look into the future. As Polly, you return home to learn that the MK mega-corporation is threatening the balance between the two worlds. In Dreams, Polly becomes Harmony, a goddess who will be able to appoint the Endeavor (essentially a deity representing humanity’s actions) to rule the world.
The game promises to have several branching paths along with the great script that DON’T NOD from Life is Strange is famous for. With great visuals and beautiful music from Celeste and Chicory: A Colorful Tale composer Lena Raine, we’re really intrigued by how it looks.
Here is a summary of Harmony: The Fall of Reverie from web store page:
DECIDE YOUR DESTINY
As Polly or Harmony, every action you take will affect both worlds and send you on branching narrative paths.
See into the future and explore the implications of possible choices in Augural, the game board, and a visual representation of Polly’s gift of foresight.
By following whatever destiny you desire, you will also connect with Aspirations and receive crystals from them.
They will open different paths at important crossroads that will change the course of history and, ultimately, the fate of mankind.
FIND THE NEW HEART OF HUMANITY
Whatever Aspiration leads the Dreams, with the help of Harmony, it will also become the heart of humanity.
Their personality and style of government will change the Reverie, and also give the people of our world a new direction: when the connection between the worlds is stronger, the Reverie has a greater influence on the state of our world.
Glory, Bliss, Power, Chaos, Connection and Truth are completely different entities with their own personalities, goals and opinions on how to improve the situation.
You will recognize each of them by visiting Reverie in your dreams as Harmony, but only you know best – as Polly – what your world needs.
COLORFUL WORLD
While playing, enjoy the vibrant, dynamic and futuristic art direction.
Immerse yourself in the daily life of a Mediterranean city and get to know its inhabitants through characters, fully voiced and animated.
Enjoy an enchanting soundtrack from award-winning composer Lena Reine.
Harmony: The Fall of Reverie will release on Switch sometime this June, with other consoles coming later.
