There are many, many, MANY fighters and characters that have appeared throughout Tekken franchise. Some of them are really weird. The rest are great. Some of them are boring and nobody cares about them. And then there is the bear Kuma, the best of them.
Yes, Kuma is a bear who also stands upright and fights in martial arts tournaments. It’s weird, but it’s far from the strangest thing in the world. Tekken franchise.
The point is, if you think about it, the bear is probably the deadliest character you can face in a one-on-one battle. I don’t care how well you kick and punch, if a bear grabs you and starts chewing on your face and neck, you’re dead.
The real reason Kuma is the best character is because of his final videos. Since its first appearance in Tekken, his endings often showed that he was hanging out or feuding with Heihachi Mishima, one of the top bad guys in the franchise.
Sometimes he signs documents with paw prints (and trolls Mishima).
Sometimes he’s in space!
And sometimes he just dances and has a good time. Who wouldn’t want to dance and have fun with a big brown bear?
I have to point out now, because if I don’t, it will be done by someone else, which is TWO Kumas. After the events Tekken 2but before Tekken 3, then first Kuma died… His the son will grow up and become a fighter just like his father, but he also hated Paul, another Tekken fighter. Like many things in Tekken, it All this featuring multiple games and characters.
We’re not here to talk about Tekken knowledge, or at least I didn’t plan it. Instead, let’s watch more videos of Kuma’s endings. Luckily for us, someone put them all together. Bless them.
I hope that in a few years, when Tekken 10 It is reported that Kuma will still be part of the series. He’s been there from day one and I can’t imagine Tekken without my bear hugs and silly endings.
Plus, Panda is great too and you should watch all Panda’s next endings.
