Back in June, Nintendo and Koei Tecmo released the first wave of DLC content for Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity – bringing the game to version 1.2.0.
He has now posted version 1.3.0 live ahead of the Wave 2 DLC for the Expansion Pass, which will officially launch later this week on October 29th. It makes some adjustments in preparation for the release of the Guardian of Remembrance, and also addresses several issues, including a rare one that could stall the game’s progress.
Here are the full patch notes, courtesy of Nintendo’s official support page:
Ver. 1.3.0 (released October 26, 2021)
-Added adjustments in preparation for Expansion Pass Wave 2: Guardian of Remembrance.
-Resolved several issues, including a rare case that interfered with the progress of the game.
This second DLC pack will include a new duo of playable characters, new additional stages, and new story sequences. Here’s a little more about it from PR Nintendo:
“Protect Hyrule as a bizarre duo, Poor and Robbie, and their many ancient technologies. See how places like the Colosseum and Kakariko Village looked like 100 years ago in new stages of history. Learn more about the champions and the mysterious Guardian in new emotional stories as the battle for Hyrule’s future continues! Players who purchase the Expansion Pass will also have access to the already available Wave 1 DLC. ”
