How thrilling James Bond chase scenes inspired swordsmen

Hello everyone, this is Sandro, a game designer at Digital Kingdom. Today I’d like to take a little time to give you some insight into how we’ve built our game. swordsman and what we’ve learned to take the concept of evasion to a whole new level… buckle up!

Let’s start here, the initial idea for swordsman came from Ben, our artist. He wanted to create a game similar to the chase scene in a James Bond movie. The player must feel the tension of chasing down enemies without being able to shoot them back. Let’s do something so intense that you will hold your breath and feel the water on your face! Four years later, we are proud to present you swordsman, a bagel without shooting and a lot of water. The point of the game is to use skill and accuracy to not only dodge enemy fire, but trick them into destroying each other.

To understand swordsmanthink about AT Violation mixed with Destroy. Tactical gameplay and rogue game structure awaits you. into the breach with speed Destroy. We have designed the game in such a way that each playthrough is a new challenge, different from the previous one. While the game may start with simple enemies, as you increase your high scores, new features are unlocked. This includes the weather, active abilities for your sword ship, new enemies that attack with fire and electricity, and other surprises that will expand the range of possibilities.

One of the key features swordsman is its delivery system. In the game, you play as Robin Hood from the future. You must steal containers from the rich to give them to the poor. It is important for us that the player feels that to give means to lose something. At the end of each level, you will have to choose whether you want to keep your containers for extra lives and upgrades, or trade them in for points. Keep them for yourself, and you will increase your chances of passing the game. Hand them out and you’ll increase your chances of reaching the top of the leaderboard. What will you choose?

FROM swordsman we want to offer you a difficult but honest experience. Of course, the game won’t do you any favors, but it will always reward you for your commitment.

We hope you enjoy the game as much as we enjoyed making it. See you on the leaderboards!
