Not much has been said about the essence of Kojima’s projects, but he mentions that he is working on both a “large” project and a “new complex” project. Defining this second name as “new” could mean a new IP for Kojima Productions, while another could be something the studio is already familiar with. We’ll have to wait a little longer to find out if this is really so.
Kojima also emphasized a desire to create media outside of games, which is in line with Kojima Productions’ recent opening of a new business unit focused on the development of television and film projects.
