Head out to the next Sea of Thieves Community Day on May 14th

We are pleased to announce that the next Sea of Thieves Community Day is just a few weeks away, on May 14th! Season 5 Community Day made waves when it hit the shores of the game back in January, so for the Season 6 event, we’re gathering more and offering players even more bang for their buck on Community Day. With boosted rewards, a huge opportunity to increase renown and reach level 100 in seasonal progression, login bonuses, in-game (and real) deals, Twitch Drops for everyone, and plenty of planned festivities, there has never been a better time to be a pirate.
This Season’s Community Day kicks off with a generous gold and reputation boost from the get-go, but this time around, our community twitter will have a boost in Fame earned. This multiplier will be in the hands of our players as we encourage them to work together and level up the Community Emissary. Anyone using the #SeaofThievesCommunityDay hashtag on Twitter from 10:00 UTC on that day will help the entire community accumulate renown rewards, and the highest level of an emissary grants an astonishing amount of renown, three and a half times the length of the day. ! So, if you haven’t reached level 100 yet this season, or if you have friends who haven’t unlocked all of Season 6’s rewards, May 14th is the day you should set sail.
It’s not just increased fame being offered to players – there will be plenty of gifts for everyone who logs in. Sea of Thieves participate. Both the awesome Season 6 Community Day Spring flag and the gorgeous, silly “Flap of the Wing” emote will be available for free to those who log in during those 24 hours. So don’t forget to ride the sea to collect your shiny new items, and don’t forget to raise those flags high before you set sail to let other crews know you’re taking part in the celebration.
Pirate Emporium store owners also take part in this event and there are big savings to be made on this day. Players will be able to take their Ancient Coins a lot further, with half-price pets and significantly reduced price tags on the Dark Warsmith costume, ship set, and weapons. A range of emotes will also be discounted, giving players all sorts of ways to make their pirates a little more showy.

We’ll even reward some of our now unsung community heroes with the Hat of Unbearably Glorious Glory – so if you think you or your fellow deserves attention (and a particularly rare and eye-catching hat), rest assured we’ll be scouring the #BeMorePirate hashtag for nominations with from now until the end of Season 6 Community Day.
We will also be giving prizes to pirates that we face live during the celebration. Sea of Thieves a television broadcast live from Rare headquarters – and those who connect to our Twitch stream (or anyone else’s Sea of Thieves broadcast a day for that matter) for 20 minutes or longer you can also get Gilded Phoenix Banjo via Twitch Drops.
