F2P Shooter Warface now lets you switch players to enable or disable crossplay

Free shooter Warface disabled the cross-play feature on the Nintendo Switch version of the game.

Some fans are obvious were unhappy that crossplay is enabled by defaultso the developer turned it off and added the option to turn it on or off. In a post on the game’s official website, the team said they want to let players make their own choices. Here’s how you can react to this if you want to take on players on other platforms:

We spent months analyzing your feedback and decided it would be better to let the players decide for themselves if they want to cross-play. Therefore, a new feature has been added: now players can turn on / off crossplay for PvP and PvE at will.

Please pay attention: Currently, cross-platform PvP is disabled by default for all Nintendo Switch players. If you want to play with fighters from other platforms, you can enable this feature in your system settings.

Warface hit the Nintendo Switch back in February last year. At the time, we said it was a decent enough FPS for the system – we gave it seven out of ten stars. Read our review to find out more about this game.
