Every Google Stadia Exclusive That Might Disappear Soon

Earlier today Google Confirms It’s Shutting Down Stadia, its short-lived cloud gaming service. While the company plans to refund all Stadia-related software and hardware purchases, the future of the few remaining exclusives on the service is less clear. And if they don’t get ported to other platforms before Stadia goes into decline next year, they could disappear completely and never be played again.

When Google Stadia launched at the end of 2019, the search engine company had big plans, promising exclusive games that would take advantage of features only available through cloud streaming and remote computing. In the coming years, Google will stop focusing on Stadia exclusives and even shut down its own game studio. However, several exclusive games remain blocked. stadium. And with today’s sudden news that Stadia is shutting down for good on January 18, 2023, we don’t know what will happen to these games. GULT

GULT is a third-person horror game starring a young girl that many Stadia fans consider to be arguably the best exclusive game released on the service. It was developed by Tequila Works and is about six hours long, filled with decent jump scares, puzzles, and fights. Nothing special, but a great game that will hopefully be ported to Steam or Switch so more people can enjoy it. GULT for many years.

While some of these games aren’t incredible, and I doubt many people would care if they never played them again, it would still be a shame to lose them. Saving video games is important if we want preserve the history of this art form and show how it has evolved and changed over decades of innovation and new technology. Losing those games to nothing, even if some of them aren’t that great, would suck.
