Like this! PlayStation’s iconic woolly hero is coming to PC! We’re so excited that a whole new audience of players will get the chance to join Sackboy on his big adventure.
Today, we’re excited to share details on the new features and improvements you can expect when the game launches on October 27th. There is also great pre-purchase content available, see below for more details!
The first thing to notice is the new visual effects. We wanted this game to be visually stunning on PC, so with that goal in mind, here are some of the new graphical features we’ve added to make the most of your hardware:
· 4K target @ 120fpsone. The stunning Craftworld quilt is rendered in beautiful 4K detail.
· Supersampling for deep learning. NVIDIA DLSS2 boosts graphics performance by utilizing dedicated processors found only in GeForce RTX GPUs, boosting frame rates with uncompromising image quality.
· WRR. Variable refresh rate support makes Sackboy more responsive than ever.2
- Wide screen! The game supports a wide range of screen ratios, including ultra-wide 21:9.3
While we’ve added all of these new graphical features for players with high-end PCs, we’ve also been hard at work making sure to support a variety of hardware. Here are the details of the minimum and recommended specifications:

In addition to these great visual features, we’ve also added a range of peripherals and customization options. Full DualSense controller support enhances immersion with haptic feedback and dynamic trigger effects.four For those who prefer a mouse and keyboard, there is support both during the game and in the user interface. The game also supports achievements and cloud saves on both Steam and the Epic Game Store.
So that’s part of the great new improvements we’ve added to the PC version. We’re also excited to announce that if you pre-order the game on Steam or the Epic Games Store ahead of its release on October 27, you’ll have access to four special PlayStation badge costumes and emotes to customize your Sackboy:

One final note: the game is great in single player, however, when you play co-op, it’s a whole new level of chaotic multiplayer fun! So be sure to share your experience with your friends.
