All Elite Wrestling Game gets first shots and is called ‘AEW Fight Forever’

There are some quirky indie games with a retro vibe on the Switch, which is nice, but questionable VVE 2K18; the latter, to put it mildly, was not the finest hour for the genre. Those hoping for wrestling action a little more based on the current scene can keep an eye on All Elite Wrestling’s first game, which now has a confirmed title – AEW Fight Forever.

Originally announced in late 2020, there have not been many updates during development to date; we know that Japanese studio Yuke’s is behind the project, a team that has experience working on older games such as WWE SmackDown! compared to raw materials. Along with confirming the title, AEW Games only stated that it would be coming to “console and PC” while releasing two videos in the process. Nyla Rose is shown at the top and Chris Statlander is shown at the bottom.

It will be interesting to see how this game fares when it eventually releases as All Elite Wrestling continues to expand its audience. The question then becomes whether this will come to the Switch; if this title also comes out on PS4 and Xbox One for example, there might be a good chance.

Let us know what you think of these development videos – are you optimistic about AEW Fight Forever?
