At the start of the new gameplay trailer, Ganon raises his army with a mechanic familiar to everyone who has played. BATV: blood moon. In this game, blood moons caused enemies killed by Link to regenerate, and they seem to have a similar effect here, although things seem to be more intense this time around. Burning projectiles rain down, huge explosions occur, the earth trembles when it seems that a castle rises from the ground. Maybe it’s just for effect during cutscenes. Again, Nintendo has to up the ante to make the sequel more dramatic, so brace yourself for at least some of these things actually happening in the game.
