Have you seen this photo of a product called “Roundmeal”, “protein-blasted” macaroni and beef product? The image has made the rounds on Twitter and Reddit in the past 24 hours with people expressing their disgust and pleasure at this strange food. But you will be sad (or upset) to learn that it is totally false.

The product, made by a fake company called Henton’s, includes useful instructions on “how to do it,” as you can see in the expert photoshopped image above. Step 1: Boil in the bag. Step 2: Open and enjoy. The product “serves three men” and if you look closely you will notice that Roundmeal is only 140 calories. It is basically diet food.

There is also a promotion that says customers can win a visit from Davis. Who is Davis? That part isn’t clear, but his speech bubble says “I’m coming from you”. How could this strange food product exist? It is not.

The image was actually created by Alan Wagner, a Los Angeles video artist who tweets under the name @truewagner. Wagner has done a lot of other fakes before, including. ”Child with small telescope“And”Obama is back in a GREAT way. “

Do you know what is real though? This video of a woman do something that looks a lot like Roundmeal. She starts with a ball of macaroni and cheese, squeezes a huge tube of raw beef on the counter, crushes a bunch of Velveeta cheese as a play-doh, and creates one of the most disgusting things ever captured on video. She tops the Franken-beef creation with pastry dough and puts everything in the oven.

Well, we think that’s real. In the sense that it existed in the world at least once, it’s real, even if the creators are trolling people. And it was probably once too much if we say so ourselves.
