In “Old Man and the Seat,” Rick finally discovers who has been put on his secret toilet: Tony (Jeffrey Wright), a sweet-mannered employee whom Rick begins to like and respect despite his bitter rage for Tony’s clandestine shit. When Tony dies (for reasons unrelated to Rick), Rick heads to his bathroom in paradise, finally making sure the place is just him and him alone – and it’s surprisingly poignant, after the trap he had set for catching and embarrassing Tony targets Rick instead.
