Police use violence against people protesting abortion rights

Americans took to the streets over the weekend to protest Friday’s Supreme Court ruling overturning Roe v. Wade, a landmark 1973 ruling that defended a woman’s right to an abortion. But protesters have met fierce resistance from police officers in cities like Los Angeles, New York, Phoenix and Greenville, South Carolina, perhaps because there was no active shooting at the school so police could stand outside for an hour, as recently. occurred in Uvalda, Texas, when 19 children and two teachers were killed.

At the moment this is a hackneyed question, but what would you say if you saw this happening in another country? When police routinely attack unarmed people for demonstrating in the name of abortion rights, something is very, very wrong. it’s almost fIt is not known how the fully armed demonstrators are treated in the most meek way during right-wing protests. And that’s what happens when you advocate for the right to have an abortion.
