Microsoft is preparing for its big Windows event with an 11-minute startup sound remix

Microsoft has decided on the best way to remind people that it’s launched. “coming for Windows “ during an event June 24 is with a song. Specifically, a “slo-fi” remix with Windows 95, XP and 7 startups all sounds like 4,000 percent reduced speed. As well as Gizmodo useful point, that slowing down brings the track to a length of exactly 11 minutes, for reasons you can probably understand on your own.

Getting people thinking about slowdowns in relation to your next operating system update is certainly a bold strategy, but my question is why Microsoft doesn’t support it. removing sound from startups / artists that are already out. As it is, the sounds are played back on videos that resemble the default desktops of each OS and are fairly peaceful to watch.

The style is practically its own genre in SoundCloud, with the benefit of being slightly more listenable than whatever it is. Like it or not, it’s always intriguing and appealing to people get a memory before the presentation on June 24 at 11 AM ET.
