First positive feedback about Honor Among Thieves
Since it was first shown to the world, there has been much curiosity about Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves. At a time when TTRPG more popular than ever, and given that this 1999 movie was practically erased from the memory of the general public, it makes sense that Hollywood would have capitalized on it with established actors like Chris Pine and Rare-Jean Page. Now, after some delay, and valid D&D a game entangled in its own separate contradiction, it turns out that Honor among thieves is that… pretty good?
Yes, that seems to be the general opinion of those who have seen it at South by Southwest in Austin, Texas! Critics and audiences named the film from Jonathan Goldstein and John Francis Daly a pretty good time with the game’s cast and delightfully fun energy. And for those who were worried about the film in regards to its source material, some of those impressions noted that it captures the spirit of the games quite well. And, according to those who saw him, he is not at all ashamed of himself, which is even better.
What rapturous praise, as seen above, Paramount will definitely be showing off these quotes weeks before. D&D release. The studio had a very strong year with films like Top Shooter: Maverick And scream 5, plus surprise hits like Smile And Lost city. Between D&D and this weekend scream 6, Paramount kicks off 2023 pretty much earlier than later releases like Mission Impossible: Paying for Death And Transformers: Rise of the Beasts.
