F9 actress Jordana Brewster reflects on “The Faculty”

Unfortunately, he rode the wave of Stridu and the subsequent successes of the doomed teen horror film The Faculty to failure. With a little-feared Christmas outing, the movie it became an unexpected flop.
The Faculty is a teenager taking the Alien invasion and how a group of high school students are trying to survive afteachers and students whose bodies are abducted by Aliens. Actress Jordana Brewster, who has seen her biggest success with the Fast and Furious franchise (and current stars in F9), reflects on The Faculty (his first film role) cun Collider and how it never became the success she thought she would make.
“With The Faculty, it was like “You guys, this is going to be huge. Look at all these successes around us, ‘like It’s All That and Stridu. And it was also Dimension, which was going really well, that studio. And then Tommy Hilfiger ran our campaign! So we all thought it would be great. And then it turned out that it wasn’t that great. We thought it would be massive. I think it was a Christmas opening, and then not so big. ”
Despite the film box numbers without hitting her goals and not catapulting herself and the rest of the cast into an immediate superstardom, the actress sees a silver lining in the situation.
“Being on stage was my first time filming a movie, but we were also in Austin, Texas and working with him. Robert Rodriguez and Salma Hayek was in it, and Jon Stewart tried his stuff on us, his comic routine. It was so much fun. I loved working on this film. ”
As a first-time actress working alongside industry veterans such as Salma Hayek, Elijah Wood, Josh Hartnett, Jon Stewart, and Usher, I am sure she was excited to have the experience. The film has also become a bit of a cult classic among horror fans, and sometimes that’s the best you can ask for.
