The animated film was directed by Tadahiro “Tadi” Yoshihira and written by Sadayuki Murai and Tetsuya Yamada at Polygon Pictures. as producers. The film will be a limited edition in Japanese with English subtitles and English dubbing. will act as the end of the series.

Knights of Sidonia is a mecha series set in 3394 and follows Nagata Tanikadze, a Guard pilot in training. These pilots represent the line of defense that protects humanity aboard Sidonia’s spaceship from a shape-shifting alien species called Guana.
