The cheapest and most expensive cities in Europe to visit this year

It may seem paradoxical, but a trip to Europe could be a way to save money on travel this year.

Amid the global scramble to find ways to save money while traveling, hotel prices have fallen in many European cities. According to travel experts, the average cost of flights from the United States has also decreased.

Another boon for Americans? This month, the US dollar reached parity with the euro for the first time in 20 years.
