The 27-square-mile city is located approximately 31 miles northwest of Miami in the westernmost part of Broward County. Its northern and western borders are bordered by the Florida Everglades.

This seven-bedroom, 11-bathroom lakeside residence is located in the Windmill Ranch Estates community, Weston’s first residential development built in 1984, according to the city’s website.
