(Reuters) – Fonterra Co-operative Group Ltd said on Monday it was drafting a revised proposal for a review of its capital structure which the dairy company proposed in May after completing the first phase of discussions with its agricultural shareholders.

The world’s leading dairy exporter said it would consider a number of changes, including adjusting the minimum participation requirements for farmers to 33% of the milk supply, rather than the 25% initially proposed.
