Disney is throwing Scarlett Johansson over the streaming process of Black Widow

Disney shot back Scarlett Johansson Thursday after the Marvel actress filed a lawsuit against the studio for the release of “Black Widow” at Disney +.

Johansson claims that he was guaranteed an exclusive theatrical release of the film and that much of his salary was tied to his boxing show.

“There is nothing of merit for this presentation,” Disney said in a statement Thursday. “The cause is particularly sad and distressed in its callous contempt for the horrific and prolonged global effects of the Covid-19 pandemic.”

“Disney has completely fulfilled Ms. Johansson’s contract and in addition, the release of ‘Black Widow’ at Disney + with Premier Access has significantly improved her ability to earn additional compensation in excess of $ 20. [million] has been received to date, ”he added.
