The limited edition car is a 2023 Wrangler Rubicon 392 20th Anniversary with heavy duty off-road parts custom built from higher quality American expedition vehicles.

Only 150 AEVs will be produced as part of a larger collection celebrating the 20th anniversary of the popular Wrangler Rubicon. Automakers such as stellantisJeep’s parent company has recently been testing its pricing policy on high-end models and special editions.

“Of course we’re testing another level, but the aftermarket is doing it now,” Jim Morrison, senior vice president and head of the Jeep brand in North America, told CNBC during an interview at the Chicago Auto Show. “Opportunity is the king of Wrangler and we see it happening a lot more often and we’re excited to be a part of it.”
